At Best Buy Mzanzi, we aim to make shopping simple, convenient and affordable. We offer reliable shipping through The Courier Guy, with several delivery options to suit your needs.

1. Shipping Options

We currently offer the following delivery options:

Locker to Locker: Your order is delivered to your nearest or selected The Courier Guy locker for collection.
Locker to Door: Your order is delivered directly to your doorstep.
Locker to Kiosk: Your order is delivered to a selected The Courier Guy kiosk.
Kiosk to Door: Your order is delivered from a kiosk to your doorstep.

All deliveries are subject to availability in your area.

2. Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are based on the parcel size and weight.

Please note:

All prices include VAT.
Door delivery services are subject to a monthly fuel surcharge determined by The Courier Guy.
Shipping rates are effective from 1 September 2026.
Parcel dimensions and weight restrictions apply.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your waybill or tracking information.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location, the selected shipping method and The Courier Guy's operating schedule.

Please note that delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or waybill by email.

You can use this number to track your parcel through The Courier Guy's tracking service.

6. Locker Collections

For Locker to Locker deliveries, customers are responsible for collecting their parcels from the selected locker within the collection period specified by The Courier Guy.

Please ensure that you collect your parcel on time to avoid additional charges or the parcel being returned.

7. Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.

Best Buy Mzanzi cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the customer.

8. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information, an unavailable recipient or a failure to collect a parcel, additional delivery or return charges may apply.

9. Shipping Delays

Although we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery delays may occasionally occur.

Best Buy Mzanzi is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will, however, do our best to assist you with tracking your order.
